Vista Oceana is the closest luxury home to the Manuel Antonio National Park and public beach at Playa Espadilla with 4 bedrooms or more. The villa is conveniently located on a paved street just 80 yards from the Manuel Antonio road and the Costa Verde Hotel where you can wave down a taxi or catch the bus in front of the hotel, or walk to any number of fine restaurants, from there the beach is just a 10 minute walk down the main Manuel Antonio road!

Access to Vista Azul is simple and convenient.  Built at street level,  the main house and 2 separate guest villas allow for several occupants to sprawl out and to enjoy serenity and privacy in this well apointed, luxurious compond. 

With 3 of the 7 bedrooms nestled on the first floor, this villa could be considered disability friendly, allowing easy entry into the villa for those with babies, the infirmed, or the elderly, it also makes getting your luggage, groceries, and surfboards in and out a breeze.

This well designed home includes 7 comfortable suites and is designed to accomodate large families or groups of people.  Each suite is well appointed and includes a private bath.

The first suite has an incredible jungle view, is located beside the fountain, allowing you to sleep with the relaxing sound of the water and the jungle. You can enjoy monkeys, sloths and toucans daily.  This room includes: King bed size and queen sofa bed ideal for 4 people. It is located on the first floor with a private patio, smart t.v., an ample closet, a convenient kitchenette, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The second suite is also located on the first floor.  This elegant room has remarkable ocean and jungle views.  You will be visited by toucans, monkeys and sloths on a regular basis.  This suite is adorned with a collectuon of paintings from a private collection of Patricia Erickson.  There is a king sized bed, ceiling fan, airconditioning, smart t.v., and a private balcony.

The first floor also has the third suite.  This suite has a beautiful hard wood ceiling. It is connected with suite #7, but it can be separated. The head board is cut out of a large Costarican tree.   The balcony has the view of the Ocean and the National Park, beside one of the windows there is a palm tree, so birds and monkeys show up daily to enjoy the seeds.  This is a queen bed suite, with private balcony and fully equipped kitchenette for convenience and comfort. This, like all of the bedrooms, has airconditioning and ceiling fan.  

There are three more private, well appointed suites. Each with nicely appointed bathrooms, comfortable furnihings, stellar views, and dreamy accomodations.

The master suite is an elegant, large bedroom with panoramic ocean views and is accented with local Costa Rica paintings. This private oasis includes a jacuzzi tub and rainforest shower head.  As all master bedrooms should, this room has 3 closets, climate control, smart t.v., and a nice king bed.  There is also a small refridgerator for drinks and snacks.

Manuel Antonio is home to the most visited national park in Costa Rica, and there are several fun and adventurous activities to partake in. We have all 3 species of monkey's, Capuchin, Mono Titi, and Howler visit the villa frequently, the Capuchin and Titi almost daily, occasional sloths, flocks of toucans, and many spectacular iguanas may be seen about the villa. Hundreds of species of birds have been spotted from balconies in this area and if you are very fortunate you may even spot a mother whale and her calf only a few hundred yards off of the beach.
